This 7-hour class explains how Six Sigma + Lean helps all types of organizations make focused, systematic, and permanent improvements in their processes, products, and services by improving customer satisfaction, reducing variation, eliminating defects, rooting out waste, and speeding up the work flow. The topics shown below are presented in a lively, open forum so everyone gains something to take back and use.

Participants explore how customers view an organization and its outputs. Too often customers are overlooked in the quest for productivity and profit gains. This session refocuses participant perspectives from looking at the organization from the inside out to viewing it from a customer's perspective, outside in.
