The goal of this course is to teach the correct pronunciation of all the difficult sounds in the English language. Students will learn the rules for proper pronunciation of long and short vowels, difficult consonant sounds, rules for syllable division and accents. Students will learn to reduce foreign accents and adopt a more American English accent. Also included will be memorization of the 3,000 most common words in English.
