In-person monitoring on the Gwinnett Tech campus for 2022 is unavailable. You may monitor in-person with a TFM off of campus. It is up to you to set this up. Please do not contact the CTC to ask about monitoring. If the TFM is not aligned with GTC, please submit the TFM Instructor ID number and their CTC name.

Virtual monitoring is now available. To monitor virtually you will need to: submit pictures of your 2020 teaching material, proof of students 2020 test, pictures of equipment used (please include the device feedback equipment), roster from the class, and a 5-10 minute video of skills testing with the student. This will be submitted via email to CommunityTraining@GwinnettTech.edu with a brief break down of the class. Monitor forms can be found on the website at www.GwinnettTech.edu/Community/AHA
